As a sister company in the Redwood Group, Redwood Management has been in the property management and development field for the past 15 years.  Concentrating its activities in the Cities of St. John’s, and Mount Pearl, it has focussed on the office and retail sectors.  Through the acquisition of raw land and subsequent development, Redwood Management now has in excess of 100,000 sq.ft. of prime rental space in its portfolio.

As one of the divisions of the Redwood Group, Redwood Heavy Civil provides services in all aspects of mass excavation and backfill, site services, hard and soft landscaping, retaining walls and septic systems.  It also has topsoil and granulars for sale to compliment the above services.  During the winter months, commercial snow clearing is added to the list of services available.
